Can observing butterflies bring Joy and Transformation into Your life?

How do you bring more joy into your life?

Can observing butterfly transformation be a way to mindfulness and joy for you? 
Can you sit in a meditation for more than 5 minutes without thinking? 
Yes and No. I do meditate, but... at times, I wonder if there's another way to be more mindful? Something more fun than just sitting?  
What about observing Nature... observing Butterfly Transformation 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋  
I can say that it's definitely a way to experience being absolutely present! 
Being present while tending to butterflies... what do you think?

Why is it a NOT Farm?

In a summer of 2019, I thought of my balcony as a little farm... but I changed, my views changed. I don't think any animal needs to be farmed... even a butterfly. Caterpillars might need a little bit of protection and extra help at times, so it's Ok to raise them, but only in small numbers... 

I still agree that raising butterflies: 
  • It requires real work, love and attention.
  • It allows to be present and to see beauty. 
  • and... It requires watering plants and cleaning caterpillars' poop every day. 

Why Monarch Butterflies?

  1. What else can I raise on my balcony?
  2. Monarch butterflies need help.
